Range Redevelopment

RRPC acquired the lease to its new ranges on 12th June 2007. All ranges are now in use, and opening times are every weekend and most weekdays. Beginners' courses are run by mutual arrangement.

Next Generation Clubs Ltd. have constructed a tennis and leisure centre on our old site and built a new range office and ranges for Romford Rifle and Pistol Club. All the Club refurbishment was finished in March 2009.

We had to build all the bullet catchers and safety baffles, and cover the firing points ourselves. This was largely done by Club members who generously volunteered their time and skills.

We now have safety certificates for all rimfire ranges and shooting takes place on a regular basis.

In June 2007 Next Generation Clubs became David Lloyd Leisure Ltd.

Visit the Ranges page for photos of the new facilities.
